FUN FACT: IT'S ONLY CHAMPAGNE IF IT'S FROM THE CHAMPAGNE REGION IN FRANCE.
Everywhere else, for the most part, it's called, sparkling wine...
I seldom need a celebration for reason to pop a bottle of bubbles.
It's perfect for any occasion and goes nicely with most food.
Add a splash of OJ and...voilà!...it's an acceptable breakfast beverage!
(PS: I only drink orange juice with champagne in it.)

Thomas George
Small producer of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel on the former site of Davis Bynum Winery. And they make a (small production) gorgeous brut rosé.
The people here are as awesome as the wine. Their wine club has great perks. And they rent out their facilities for private parties. And they have a cave! Their sparkling is available until it's not. So if they have any while you're there, get some!
This is a nice place to bring a picnic or snacks. They also have several cottages available for rent.
